Plain-English summary of what we collect through this website and how we look after it.
When you use our website forms, we collect only what you choose to enter — for example your name, phone number, email, class preferences, and (on the registration and waiver forms) information such as your date of birth, emergency contact, and signature. We do not collect this information unless you submit it.
We use your information only to run the studio: to register you, schedule and confirm sessions, keep a signed waiver on file, and contact you about your classes. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Form submissions are sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and stored in a secured database. Access is restricted: only the studio owner, signed in with a private password, can view submissions. The website itself cannot be used by visitors to read other people's information.
This site does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. The contact map is provided by Google Maps, and our forms use trusted services (Supabase, and optionally an anti-spam check from Cloudflare and email delivery from EmailJS) solely to operate the site.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits so we can see which pages are helpful. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally; it only records anonymous totals such as pages viewed, referring site, country, and device type.
We keep registration and waiver records as long as you are a client and as needed for our records. You may ask us to see, correct, or delete your information at any time — just reach out and we'll take care of it.
